Novelist Kate Mosse invited to give the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ English Society Lecture

Novelist and non-fiction writer, Kate Mosse, provided a fascinating lecture to the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ English Society earlier this week. In the talk, Kate discussed her writing style, her career and a typical day as an author which surely inspired many students who were listening intently in the audience.

Kate is an alumna of ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ, graduating in 1984 with a BA (Hons) in English. She was joined by a special guest in the audience, Professor John Batchelor, who was Kate's former tutor at ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ. Professor Batchelor is now an Emeritus Professor at the University of Newcastle.

The ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ English Society Lecture was not Kate's first guest talk during Michaelmas Term; she was invited to be the guest speaker at our most recent Gaude alumni dinner in September.
