On-course transcripts

Current students can request copies of their on-course transcripts. This will show academic achievement to date but will not include a final classification. On-course transcripts can be ordered online at the .

Final transcripts

All students who commenced their studies on, or after, Michaelmas Term 2007, will automatically receive one copy of their final transcript upon completing their degree. This will be sent to the 'home address' listed in your  account - please ensure these details are kept up to date. 

Students who commenced their studies prior to Michaelmas Term 2007 should contact the Ƶ Academic Office for their final transcript. 

Please note, it may take up to a week for the Academic Office to complete a transcript.

Postgraduate research students are not issued with a transcript but can be provided with a Degree Confirmation letter as proof of award. If you are yet to complete your research degree, please contact your college or department for proof of study. 

If you need a transcript for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, please contact the Medical Sciences Office.
